CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP

Ordinance #9 of 1995

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 5 OF 1989, THE MEADOWOOD TRAILS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.

CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDAINS:

Section 1. Amendments to the Meadowood Trails Planned Unit Development Ordinance

Delete Section VI.C. of Ordinance #5 of 1989 as follows:

Minimum Floor Area – Each site condominium unit shall contain a minimum

of 3,000 square feet of finished livable area above grade level, exclusive of the

garage, decks and breezeways.

Add a new Section – Section VI.C. as follows:

Minimum Floor Area – Each site condominium unit shall contain a minimum of 3,000

Square feet of finished living area, including finished living area on any lower level

of the house, or 2,000 square feet of finished living area above grade level, exclusive

of garage, decks, porches and breezeways.

Relocate Property Lines

Relocate lot lines between units 14 and 15 per site plan C101 dated

March 21, 1995.

Section 2. Effective Date

These PUD Ordinance Amendments shall become effective upon publication in The Grand Rapids Press, a newspaper of general circulation within the Township of Cascade.

The foregoing Ordinance amendments were offered by Board Member Hansen, supported by Board Member Henning. The roll call vote being as follows:

YEAS: Carpenter, Hansen, Henning, Johnson, Julien, Timmons & Van Strien

NAYS: None

ABSENT: None

ABSTAIN: None
