CASCADE CHARTER TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Wednesday, February 06, 2008
5:30 P.M.
Cascade Township Office
2865 Thornhills SE Grand Rapids, MI

Article 1. Supervisor Julien called the meeting to order.
Present: Supervisor Julien, Clerk Goodyke, Trustee Beahan, Treasurer Carpenter, Trustee Koessel, Trustee Fox and Trustee Goldberg
Absent: None
Others Present: Manager Cousins

Article 2. Motion by Trustee Koessel, supported by Trustee Beahan to approve
the agenda as submitted. The motion carried unanimously.

Article 3. Discussion of proposed goals led by Supervisor Julien

Twenty-eight goals were submitted by board members and each was discussed. The number was reduced to 12 goals to be presented at the next scheduled Township meeting on Wednesday, February 13, for final approval

Article 6. Moved by Beahan supported by Fox to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
