SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Goal Setting Session
Monday, January 30, 2006
5:30 P.M.
Cascade Township Office

Article 1. Supervisor Julien called the meeting to order.
Present: Clerk Goodyke, Trustee Parrish, Trustee Beahan, Supervisor Julien, Trustee Currier, Trustee Koessel and Treasurer Carpenter.
Absent: None
Others Present: Manager Cravens

Article 2. New Business
Discussion of goals for 2006
Supervisor Julien led the discussion on the goals suggested by various members.
Manager Cravens will compile the ten goals that were agreed upon and will bring them back to the February 8, 2006 regular meeting for final approval.

Article 3. Manager Comments
Manager Cravens presented information on a scanner that the Building Inspections and Planning departments would use to put documents on microfiche. Discussion followed. No decision was made at this time to purchase though the savings in outsourcing this work was noted.
Manager Cravens also went over a change order document for the construction at the Wisner Center.

Article 4. Board Member Comments
Supervisor Julien noted that the Township had fulfilled its obligation to the community for the millage passed for increased fire protection.

Article 6. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
