Industrial Tax Abatements (IFTs)

IFTs are given to industries to encourage their growth within the Township. The total value of the applications received and approved by the Township Board in 2007 was $2,723,437 of taxable value. Currently Cascade Township has 50 abatements in effect, totaling $40,638,245 of taxable value.
